Excellent job! This was our 2nd home inspection. Tom Witt did both inspections. He seemed very thorough at both homes and did an excellent job of taking the time to help me understand and see the issues the report pointed out.

I would highly recommend Jim! Spoke with Jim to schedule an inspection and then met with him after he was finishing up going through the house. He went over everywhere he found that needed attention and printed out a full-colored report for me at that time. Very reliable! I really enjoy the inspection service and found the inspector very professional with detailed information regarding areas of concern i.e. roof, attic, cracks to the garage, side of building possible foundation, etc. An inspector is someone who must earn the representation of trust on a high-value item such as the purchase of a house and I must say my interest was meet with high satisfaction and to recommend this company to any or everyone who needs a reliable inspection service.
