I was having a problem with a leak inside a closet of my house. My husband thought the gutters were perhaps backing up in a heavy rain and allowing water to seep in. After checking that the new roof was not a problem, we planned to add a downspout to ensure the problem did not recur. I called A&B and described the problem. They were honest and up front that the problem was not likely caused by the gutters and that adding a downspout would not likely correct the problem.
