I have purchased a washer and dryer for my business here at separate times. They delivered both quickly.
Sadly, I’ve waited 5 days for a service person to call to repair a 4 yr old dishwasher purchased from A&B. I called twice, was assured I’d get a call Saturday. No call, called again Tuesday and was told the same thing as a previous poster “I’ll have to research this.” Research what? Give the repair person my number and have him call. I’ve moved on waiting for their research to be done.
I wanted to support the local shop. There months later have a dishwasher! (fortunately the one I had still worked). They do not call to schedule installation, they do not measure the counter height or suggest you measure the counter height (the old one fit just fine), then after the installer pops the counter top off trying to shove it in they charge you to reinstall the old dishwasher as well as a restocking fee for the floor model you bought, they don't order the replacement you chose, and when you give up and call the cre... read more
A great team, good people who know how to get you what you need--whether that's information, a part, or the perfect appliance delivered and installed. A far superior option over big box stores, without sacrificing quality or option.
A & B is the perfect place to shop for appliances. I like a nice family oriented business. I always feel the customer service is far superior, and A & B provides just that. I highly recommend them!
