Called them on May 1st around 3pm. Informed the person who answered the phone that I needed a refrigerator. Was told that they were busy with another customer (which I understand), took my phone number and stated they would call back. (I have an answering machine on 24/7.) The reason I called them first was because they are a small business and I wanted to support local business during the COVID-19 crisis. I bought my new refrigerator a week ago and ordered an extra shelf. they didn't deliver my extra shelf and still have not brought it. I'm filing charges if I get no where today.

My washing machine died on Memorial Day. I was able to purchase a new washer/ dryer set and they had it delivered on the same day! Great service, I just never expected it to be so good on a holiday!
Just had dryer repair today. The folks were courteous, fast in responding and fair in pricing. Will happily call upon them again!
