Had front & rear brakes replaced a few weeks ago on my GMC truck. Decided to wash it yesterday and noticed the chrome on 2 wheels damaged do to removing lug nuts. Firestone has been rotating my tires for years, which was 5500 miles ago, and we're always able to remove lug nuts without damaging wheels. Of course, they have more experience.
Very upfront, professional, and don't BS about anything, telling you like it is and what has to be done from top to bottom in priority
Brett & Nikki are awesome, honest people. I wouldn't hesitate taking my vehicles here again.
