I brought my Toyota SUV to A Auto Sales after another mechanic wanted to replace my head gasket for $5,000 after completing an expensive repair. Greg, the owner, charged me a very reasonable price for the inspection. After my vehicle was inspected, Greg stated that the head gasket did not need to be replaced at this time. Greg is an honest owner who prioritizes his customers needs and concerns.
These guys treated me very fairly, hurrying to help when they could have easily taken advantage. My alternator failed early in a long road trip, and I feared I'd have to cancel plans, but A Auto bumped me ahead in line, working with a nearby shop to get me back on the road quickly. On top of that, after my own research and needing no haggling, the actual cost ended up on the very low end of alternator rebuilds. 1000 miles down the road I've had no hint of an issue. Very unprofessional with very bad communication I spent about $800 with those guys car still have check engine light on and the job I paid was not done I called and called about my car doing the same thing I paid them to fix do not go here “we gone get you back on the road “ but never did took my money and stop answering
I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg and he was Great, Listened, Professional, and his pricing is so Reasonable. I will ONLY take my 2005 Cadillac DeVille to him. He is very knowledgeable about Cadillacs, and owns several which is extremely comforting. I also own a Kia and have no hesitation trusting him with that one as well. Keep up the Great customer service!!!!!!
