They didn't give me the refund that they promised for a Veteran's discount. They kept telling me "the check was in the mail." I gave them 6 months before I wrote this review. I finally decided to make note never to use them again. I used them in year's past on 2 of our homes. Very disappointed in them.

The technician was friendly but quoted me a price of $553.74 for changing my rollers, lubricating, and tightening the springs. I asked the technician if I could get a discount for doing all of the recommended services. He claimed that he was already giving me the best discount that he could by waiving the $65 service call fee. I thought this was an unreasonable price but since I did not really know how involved the service would be, I agreed to pay expecting that he would spend a few hours on the project. I picked this *** via ValuePac coupons. It does NOT save you any money to use their coupon. Their prices are ABOVE all the other garage door *** I called in my area. My Liftmaster ***** only included ONE remote for a 2 door garage. I highly recommend A-Authentic Garage Door, they installed a new door a few years ago, made repairs and recently replaced the motor (from 2007). The technician, ************, should be highly recommended for his professionalism, friendliness, explanation of what he's doing and thorough work. I was amazed to have such a great technician to work at my home. Ask for *****

A-Authentic Garage Door Service is amazing. When i backed into my garage door as it was opening I thought that I would need a new door. I called A-Authentic for help. Their technician, *******, arrived on time, and after inspecting the door informed me that he could repair my garage door. His work was thorough and when he left the door worked perfectly. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from A-Authentic Garage Doors!! I called midday, was told we could expect a technician in a couple hours. Joe H, arrived early, was able to assess the problem with our opener and fixed it by putting in a new board so we didn't need a complete new opener. Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Doris C. Your Technician was prompt to arrive, work was completed in a timely fashion and, adhered to the covid-19 guideline. However; I do feel that your price was somewhat of an over kill. After speaking to your manger, he did make some adjustment, that I do appreciate. I will rate at a 4.5.
