Austin Fortin from A1 Garage Door Service was great! He assessed our problem, gave us several options to choose from, gave us an education to help us make an informed decision. He also did a safety inspection. He installed a new garage door opener quickly and, again, educated us on it. We felt valued as customers and will definitely call him for any future service.
Tech showed up on time, performed diagnostic & safety check, recommended repair options. Though I elected to replace the electric door opener myself, tech recommended safety repairs after inspection which I approved replacing a questionable anchor plate and worn out lift springs after testing the balanced weight of the door and assessing age/rating of 12 year old hardware. Tech was professional & helpful, I will employ this company again if needed.
Bryan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly inspected all the working parts of both our garage doors. Upon completion, he reviewed all the areas that needed to be addressed. He itemized each area and cost to replace or repair along with the warranty. We were then able to decide confidently, what we needed. His professionalism and experience was evident from start to finish. He definitely earned the five star rating.
