What an incredible experience we had with A1 garage doors. Our technician Mike Price was phenomenal. He diagnosed the issue and gave us a few options for correcting the problem. I asked a few questions regarding how loud our garage was and Mike again gave us options and pricing for the fix. We scheduled a return visit for another day and he showed up on time and stayed until the job was finished (about 11 hours in total). What a phenomenal experience will definitely be calling A1 again because of Mike.

Bryan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly inspected all the working parts of both our garage doors. Upon completion, he reviewed all the areas that needed to be addressed. He itemized each area and cost to replace or repair along with the warranty. We were then able to decide confidently, what we needed. His professionalism and experience was evident from start to finish. He definitely earned the five star rating.

I had my garage door jamming on the way down, with a rib on the lower panel coming loose. The door is the original 1999 door, that was last serviced in 2010. I called A1, and they put in the Sunday work order. A1 technician Derrick was able to add a long strut across the entire door to restore the door structural integrity. He then did a 29 point general inspection that found a weak spring, and wear on cables, bearings, rollers, and cable hubs. I checked the parts with him, and verified what he said. A1 was great. Their contract/communication was awesome. Chase was the most professional serviceman that I have ever met. He explained EVERYTHING in terms that I could understand and was not a pressure type of serviceman like most other people that come out on service calls nowadays! Chase will be the reason I keep going back to A1 , and the fact that it is important to A1 to employ technicians that professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable with their craft! No one ever wants to spend money on a repair but we are very happy for the service we got. Andrew did an amazing job kept us filled throughout as he was working on things that needed to be addressed. We are very happy and tho we hope we don't need service again soon we would go through this company and recomend to friends and family. Thank you for hiring good honest workers I'd say give that man a raise.
