Bryan was very knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly inspected all the working parts of both our garage doors. Upon completion, he reviewed all the areas that needed to be addressed. He itemized each area and cost to replace or repair along with the warranty. We were then able to decide confidently, what we needed. His professionalism and experience was evident from start to finish. He definitely earned the five star rating.

Worth the price!!! Quality products, knowledgeable and timely tech service! We feel confident we were quoted on our needs, were given choices for repair, and feel reassured by A1's service warranty in keeping our garage door in good working order!!! Gage, our, technician, was awesome!! Thanks for your prompt and timely service. Stellar young man left us feeling secure and confident!!! Kudos!!! This is what great customer service should be!!!

Kevin is a delightful person, kind,considerate and an asset to your company . He is trying to make it possible because I need springs immediately and soon, probably a new motor, it’s Really hard since I live on a fixed income and no help from my deceased husband so he’s a good person. I am very glad I met him.

This is my second time using A1 Garage. The first was for an upgrade, and the second was when I frantically called about a broken garage door. They were able to send Cody Llewellyn over within a few hours. He was informative, kind, and gave me the space to explain everything that had happened. Bryan was friendly and professional. He addressed my initial concern and made recommendations without being pushy. I trusted his professional opinion and ultimately took his advice. It was for the better as my garage door now runs much smoother, without as much noise. This is the second time I have used A1 and it is because I truly feel they are a company I can trust to do good work.
