Tech showed up on time, performed diagnostic & safety check, recommended repair options. Though I elected to replace the electric door opener myself, tech recommended safety repairs after inspection which I approved replacing a questionable anchor plate and worn out lift springs after testing the balanced weight of the door and assessing age/rating of 12 year old hardware. Tech was professional & helpful, I will employ this company again if needed.
Trevor was fantastic. Very polite. Let us know any upcoming issues so we can plan for them without any surprises. Took extra time to answer all our questions.
