Excellent service by Tim Z Highly reccommend
I called this morning for an issue with my garage not working, got a same day appointment which was amazing! The tech, Tim Z. was very communicative on what time he would be to my house. Figured out our issue and replaced the motor quickly. Tim Z. was professional and knowledgeable, and made sure to walk me through everything with our new opener before leaving. This is the second time using A-Authentic and will definitely use them again in the future!
Best customer service I've had for any profession. Our garage door opener had completely failed. Called them Sunday morning at roughly 8am - no issues getting through on the phone. Told me they could have someone out within an hour. Patrick B. was our technician. Incredible knowledge, very friendly. Spent time going over the issue at hand, showing issues that may cause problems in the future, and simply going over all the options for repair. The technician arrived at a reasonable time, was polite and considerate of my property. He replaced my needed parts being honest and patient in explaining the operation of the garage door. I would have Tim Z return for yearly maintenance!
Technician was very efficient and friendly and most of all he cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Thank you.
