I have used this company before and had a positive experience (about two years ago), but today I had a leak under a sink. I was told that the leak was coming from a leaky shut off valve and the cost is $250 per valve, with both needing to be replaced. It took him less than an hour and the parts have to be under $30. I appreciate that they fit me in, but the cost was way out of line based on some research that I did after the fact. Should have been under $250.00. Mark is pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, dependable!! Want him back this fall to drain the outdoor water faucets and to fix anything else that has gone wonky in the meantime. Definitely recommend this company to all!

I received a quote over the phone for between $110-125 for a cartridge replacement in my tub faucet and a fill valve on my toilet. The guy who came out wanted to charge over twice that for the service and only replaced the cartridge, but never even fixed the toilet or replace the fill valve. He then threatened to call the police for "theft of service". If I could give ZERO stars, I would. So absolutely disgusting how they try to take advantage of customers.
