Great Company – I had a refrigerator break down. They came the same day and had the part it needed. They fixed it the same day and I thought the price was fair for the great service I got. They came in the middle of the three hour window I had. The tech looked professional too, was in uniform, he was polite and cleaned up after himself. He thought it was funny when our dog tried to make off with his screwdriver. I would use them again.

Outstanding Service – The service at Appliance EMT is outstanding. I called early on a snowy Saturday. The refrigerator had quit working. All the food was warming. I left a message and they called back within 30 minutes. I had moved the appliance out, and had the back off, so I could tell that there was no leak of coolant and that the fan was still running.
