He does not operate like a professional who has mastery of his skill. He also hires unlicensed subcontractors which is against the law. My experiences with *** are as follows: The agreement was he would apply 2 coats of paint to my exterior. He applied both coats of paint using his spraying apparatus. The results were hideous.
