Always does a great job
Thiefs and liars. Requested an aeration and overseed in May, to be delivered within 3 weeks. Allegedly they sent an operative in August 26 - with no proof of attendance and no pre-notice of arrival by any of the selected contact methods (phone, email, push). Service never delivered. Called customer service - offered some halfass excuses "oh this provider doesn't notify in advance" and a 50% refund which would have still left me over $100 out of pocket for a service never delivered.
