When they say you learn something new every day, it's definitely true the young lady was very informative and told me some things that I don't know. Great, and fast service.
All of these positive reviews are fake. This is an awful and most likely criminal insurance company. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, ACTUALLY NEVER! Premium was 3x Allstate. One time I went into the office and they told me my policy didn’t exist!
This location is horrible and needs new management or should be closed down. They never answer the phone when you call, never open on time, and the workers show a lack of interest at helping people. I live in Mattapan and I should not have to travel to the Brockton location every time to get good service!
