This location is horrible and needs new management or should be closed down. They never answer the phone when you call, never open on time, and the workers show a lack of interest at helping people. I live in Mattapan and I should not have to travel to the Brockton location every time to get good service!

NEVERRRRR answer the phone. Called to cancel my policy, lady told me it was cancelled then out of curiosity I go to check a couple weeks later and of course the policy isn’t cancelled and I was two days away from getting charged $415. Tried to call but of course none of the locations ever answer the phone so I’m going to have to go in person where there are only ever two people at the desks. Terrible.
