In the middle of the night... It had been a really hot week, temperatures in the high 80's. Our air conditioner kicked out on us sometime during the night. Woke up to a puddle of water. Took a chance and called A Advantage to see how long it would take someone to come out and take a look at our A/C. They sent someone out within two hours and had it fixed very quickly! Did a great job and didn't cost an arm and a leg.
We have an annual contract with A Advantage for three years in a row. The last year was a disaster. The technician is constantly late for at least an hour to all of our scheduled appointments. When calling their so-called customer service to inquire about the situation, they 1) Told me that my appointment (9:00 AM) was never valid because they never provide a 9:00 AM but a 9:30 AM appointment.
