Really TERRIBLE customer service. I couldn't believe how rude the customer service staff was! I didn't book with this company. I couldn't have booked if I had wanted to as I was hung up on by the customer service rep. I understand customer service reps can get busy and stressed and it could have been a bad day but really...there is not excuse for hanging up on a customer, especially one who is actually willing and ready to commit to your services! Got stood up twice. No call no show even after speaking with a manager after the first no show. All they could say was sorry and after they blew it they still couldn't get me in until several days later. Had to go with somebody else. Had new renters moving in. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Terrible business practice and customer service.
