I have been a tenant for almost a decade now. I have always been able to maintain a good relationship with any and all involved. Sure there have been issues, but we've been able to work it out. I am flexible and understanding. They are flexible and understanding. I take care of their property and also put in my own hard work to improve things. I couldn't be more pleased with my overall experience.
They are nice people and I rented from them before , the ones complaining are most likely ones who didn't pay there rent or destroyed the homes themselves ! I also worked for able for awhile and I always fixed things properly and I absolutely don't drink or do drugs and I don't even smoke cigarettes! Stop trying to ruin ables business by your guys FALSE information about them
