Nick had a scheduled, weekday appointment he called to confirm with me 2 days before. He never showed up, didn't call or text despite me calling/texting him in excess of a dozen times during the week. He did, however, show up for a 2nd appt. the following weekend (for a different scope-of-work). He called to say he was on-site to clean the carpets. He didn't address the NO SHOW 5 days prior. Great service, follow up and price. Would recommend and will absolutely use this company again!
Very reasonable and professional operation--Nicolas was prompt, friendly and went above and beyond on service. Prices were the most reasonable I found, well worth it and picked up the day after I contacted them. They use a very large truck and were able to compact my stuff down to take up less space. You can't go wrong with this company! Socially distanced and masked.
