Prompt, courteous reply, showed at scheduled times, completed project (large tree removal, stump grinding, and trimming other trees) quickly and efficiently. The crew was courteous and professional. Some minor concerns were addressed expeditiously.
Bob and his expert-team of tree professionals did a fantastic job on three gnarly trees in my backyard. From the first phone-call to the last branch/twig being hauled away, the A Aachen guys were professional, efficient and friendly. Secondarily, the cost for the project was surprisingly within my budget and reasonable!! When these trees grow back into a nuisance again, I will be calling Bob and his guys again -- and I will be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors!!
