Miss Sally who manages this facility was very helpful in helping remove large items I could not do alone. I had a picture framed that was too large to put back and come for the next day and she helped me store in an empty unit free of charge until I could pick it up. Miss Sally exemplified ex Elle the management in assisting me.5 stars for me!
