Beware devil in sheep's clothing they overcharge by far. For $10 part they will charge you 4 hundred bucks. This is a commission-based company the original owner sold the company everything you read about the company is from the old owner. for a simple repair they double and triple the amount because they split it fifty-fifty the technicians and the owner they do a split of the money
This is the second time that Glen came out to work on our washer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my washer quickly and gave some recommendations. I would refer this company to anyone. The office staff was also very accommodating looking up a purchase for me from over 6 months ago so I could have the same tech come out.
Anthony was our service guy. He was personable, knowledgeable, professional and FAST. We highly recommend this business . The rate was also reasonable. I will call them again when necessary. Good Job Anthony !
Repair guy came out said it was going to be $416 to repair heating element. I looked up the part the part is $98 which I'm sure they pay no where near that price. So $300 in labor costs that a little absurd.
When I made the appointment they said they would be out between 10 and 11am. Come 1130, there was still no show, so I called and they said between 10am-2pm. I called again at 430pm and was told that there must have been a problem at the previous job. I cancelled the call out. They charge $89.99 just to come out, they are not on time and they do not communicate with their customer so that the customer isn't waiting all day just to have someone look at their microwave.
