Inquired about an estimate for tree damage cleanup due to recent storms. Several weeks went by, finally locked in a date to begin work. Shows up day of and rescheduled on me. Set up another date later in the week, and rescheduled on me again. I didn't bother rescheduling for a 3rd time. Owner seemed like a stand up guy, but I would say that they have plenty of room for improvement regarding communication and reliability. Would not recommend.

This company provided me with a wonderful experience overall. LaVar has been in touch with me and provided me with an update on when he plans to take down the tree. He and his team did an outstanding job cutting down a giant tree in a relatively short amount of time taking into account the fact that it was situated in a very high-traffic area, and they did so at a very reasonable cost. I highly suggest this company!

I had an emergency situation with a tree about to fall on my house, guy picked up the second time I called him a few hours after the first time and his voicemail being full. "If it's an emergency, maybe I can come out, text me photos to a different number." I was ready and waiting to pay this person whatever it would cost and sent him photos with my address.
