I had Speedy Plumbing install a new water heater and I paid for $100 for extended warranty. Per the plumber the only way to prove I have the warranty is to have the paperwork. The plumber seems to have given the paper work to someone else and is unable to recover it. I've been trying for almost a year to get the paperwork or my money back to no avail.
