The staff, especially management is exceptionally polite, all hours of the day & also very understanding & patient of life situations & are always willing to work with you depending on your needs. Ceara never hesitated to help me out when I was pressed for time & definitely made sure all my needs & wants were met. She went above & beyond for me! Very clean, convenient & safe facility!

If i could i would give a zero. Boyfriend tried to call to talk to management but they have not returned our calls regarding the cleaniness of their facility. We removed several boxes to discover an immense amount of ants!!! Not to mention that there was rat droppings on my picture frames that were sitting on my chairs! And for the individual that commented and then erased her comment WE DID NOT HAVE FOOD NO WHERE NEAR OUR UNIT!!!! Management has failed to make things right.
