Their Cement truck lacked law required mudflaps, had no rear license plate and broken rear "bumper" when a rock (likely dried piece of cement) flew from their truck and cracked my windshield then they refused to take responsibility and repair their damage. Loretta's attitude was like it was okay for their truck to not be in compliance with laws intended to protect people from such incidents and accidents and potential crashes.
