Took a radiator to be repaired on a Friday, and was told it would be ready the following Friday. I waited & called the following Friday - "Oh yeah, it was pushed off in the corner & we just realized we forgot about it". Unacceptable to say the least. So they told me it would be ready the following Monday - it was, but at the end of the day. The owner called me, giving an excuse as to why my radiator wasn't repaired sooner.
