I own EXIT Realty Mountain View. When my clients past or present call me with an issue, I try to help every step of the way. One of my retired clients from 3 years ago called me and told me his furnace had gone out, he had it worked on last week and the company that worked on it said they couldn't get back out to it until tomorrow afternoon. Called them this morning (Monday) about availability of replacing our 21 year old water heater before new carpet installation on Wednesday. Job is already completed! Phil and Anthony were awesome. A & A also did our furnace a couple years back. It’s great to have a company you can depend on.
Called A&A Professional Heat &Air set up a appointment to to repair a heating boiler for my home. Phillip Romero came out diagnosed the problem explained what needed to be done in detail told me the price , got right on it very professional an talented plumber . I the future if I have any cooling or heating problems I'm calling A&A to do the work

Very helpful. Improved the access to my humidifier. This company & employees take care of their customers if something goes wrong & tries to find the most cost efficient way to fix the problem. Always feel they are looking out for me.
Furnace went out on a 3 degree night. Called A&A the next morning and they were out by 10:00 that morning. Needed a new furnace and they got right on it. Anthony was great, really professional in his description of the problem and our options.
We have been customers of A & A for years and their customer service is excellent! Their technicians are professional, courteous, and a a pleasure to have in our home. They over deliver in every way. Choosing A & A is one of the best decisions we have made!
