Beware of A & A Pools. We waited a month for an appointment to consult with them in regards to an inground pool. They never showed for the appointment nor did they give us a courtesy call to re-schedule. We had hurried back home from a family emergency just to meet with them. I called the next day & of course they were sorry & had an excuse. Not really a business promotion post but more of a "there are decent people out there" post. For the past week I've been digging holes for our deck (horrible experience, will never do it again). This morning while working on them and experiencing rock from 8 inches to 30 inches I was speaking with a gentlemen who was working at the house next door. I love shopping local and had them install pool and have since bought everything from A and A pool. Not anymore. Their prices are ridiculous. Same exact filter cartridge online for 69.95 they charged $148.00. Its sad you try to shop local to support businesses and then they rip you off. Same with solar cover.
Thanks so much for installing my new pool on the 7th! The crew was very nice and although it was the day of our fundraiser and the water was cold the kids enjoyed it! It's beautiful and I love the steps!!
I had my pool installed in 2014. I paid a lot of money for a automatic pool cover. After 2 yrs the seams were coming part in 7 different places. June 2016 I called to have it repaired as of today august 24th I still do not have it back on my pool. It's been sitting at this facility for over a month. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to help assist me in getting my expense property back.
