The Miner police stopped us at our storage unit tonight and had 5 police vehicles and 8 officers up there to intimidate us and harassed us for 45 mins for being in our own unit. They told us we could not be there after 10pm and when we showed them the website that clearly says 24/7 unit access they told us that they did not care what the website said. We will be there 1st thing tomorrow morning to clean out our unit and would no suggest anyone ever rent from somewhere that encourages the local police to harass their customer... read more
TERRIBLE. I never missed a payment. It is automatically withdrawn from my checking account. I have the bank statements. They put a red lock on my unit. My mother just DIED and I am unable to get to her things. There is no office I guess, the answering service sounds like a kid. I am irate and will move my things out immediately. So they will lock your things up for no reason at all. And $81 a month for the tiny non climate controlled unit is a total rip off. I would give them negative stars. Horrible.
The employees do not respond timely and will demand to see personal bank ing info. Worst customer experience to date
