Great units, secure, and clean. Very responsible, respectful, and knowledgeable staff in assisting through all the steps.
I accidentally ordered a 10x20 garage which ended up being a spot outside. They were very helpful in letting me get a refund and then Leasing another 10x20 garage in another location. The manager lady from that location was very pleasant to work with and save me big time. I had a full U-Haul truck with furniture and it was getting later in the afternoon on saturday. If I remember right this was also her day off and she went out of her way.
Jessica was very helpful and positive despite having to deal with a separate work issue. Just started renting, but confident in the team at Extra Storage Space.
