We are still waiting on our deposit from using this business to store items for a couple of months during construction. This was back in December 2020 through January 2021. Since then we’ve received a “past due” notice twice, then apology emails, then your deposit is in the mail, on and on. Very disorganized and the 4’x8’ space we rented was trashed and looked like a wall was going to fall down. Messy, disorganized business. Do not recommend!
Management does not answer the phone and doesn't respond to voicemails or emails.
