Our company needed more racking. According to their website we can get used racking...even the pictures indicate this. We called them and it went like this. "We found you online and see that you sell used racking, which is what we need for our company, which is just up the street from you" The rude guy on the other end of the line said "We can't sell that stuff to..."*click*. The guy didn't even finish his sentence and just hung up.

Needed a couple support beams for a pallet rack system. Gilbert was very helpful over the phone. Went into to the shop to pick up what I needed and Zach was super friendly and helped me with exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service. This is my go to spot for pallet rack shelving.

Would not recommend working with AA Industrial, especially the owner, Gilbert. Customer service is lacking and you'll be met by attitude and rudeness. Take your business elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.

The worst experience with any company so far in the SF Bay area and per the other reviews I would avoid like the plague. He does not keep his word, has little to no ethics and will not follow through on any promise made. You will get story after story, dodge after dodge, exactly what most reviews state on this company. I would try anyone else but them. Hard to even describe how bad the dishonest experience was with this guy, the negative reviews about Gilbert are spot on.
