Edit: Reporting negative reviews doesn't change the fact that I was a customer and received terrible service and that staff was hostile and rude when addressing service issues. Horrible experience and rude staff.
EDIT: It is obvious now why the attempt at communicating our concerns with the service provided by your company never resolved our issues. You claim that I asked for $400 to compensate for ruining my mattress (which, due to neglecting to listen to my request for your team to leave ALL DOORS OPEN, did ruin my mattress by trapping my cat inside my bedroom without access to his litterbox where he then urinated and defecated on the furniture) which proves your lack of attention to detail as my email reads, "The mattress issue is... read more
We hired A & A Cleaning based on the advice of a neighbor, when my husband had a knee replacement surgery and I had gotten behind in cleaning. Alexa and Magaly did such a wonderful, thorough job that we were very impressed. Excellent work, our house is fresh and gleaming, and I am so thankful - totally worth it!
My white sectional sofa looks better than when Rooms to Go delivered it. I need to be clear. Purchased in 2023 and finally found true quality work. I feel like family because only family knows your expectations. Thank you again guys your service is PRICELESS and that's hard to fine.....
Late update to my original good review. I canceled service due to the frequent cancellations I experienced due to the crew that was scheduled having a "family emergency". Only once during the time that I used their services did they actually make it twice in one month as scheduled. It started great and became very unreliable. Switched to another company.
