I feel misled by the service I received. I called ahead of time specifically to inquire about a catalytic converter rebar cage/protection, and Ed confirmed over the phone that a rebar cage and stainless steel wire would be installed for extra protection for $200. However, a different worker performed the installation and confirmed they only welded a few pieces of rebar to the top part of the catalytic converter and added stainless steel cables to the manifold, with nothing protecting the bottom. I cant recommend this place enough. I called yesterday and the next day I was able to get my car checked. My car had his full attention and he checked everything. Every question I had, he answered. I dont trust anyone else in the city besides A A Auto & Muffler. I will go back for tires, alignment, or anything that sounds scary. Please dont hesitate.
Fast and good work on short notice.
Tried to sell me on tires tried to overcharge me after my valve cover repair. Knew I was driving long distance should’ve changed or at least looked at my oil. Overheated, towed it to another mechanic in Vegas and said he was shocked the mechanic didn’t change my oil just the day before. $2500 later stuck in Vegas could’ve been avoided
