I’d give a zero star if it were possible, our fridge was out for a week and called and asked “hat in hand” for an estimate of when A&A would be back out to fix it; the tech called me back shouting that he had 15 other calls and didn’t appreciate having to talk to me to explain when he’d be ready to do our repair. He hung up on me. I have never had an adult conversation less perplexing or insulting. Horrible experience, horrible.
Bought appliance from them had problems with it not long after and they would not return my repeated calls for help or questions. Will never buy from them again!

Gary is the only place I go for me and my family. I have gotten all my appliances there, gas stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers, freezers, dish washer, to me they are family, they are the only place I go.
I have found A&A appliance to be one of the most informed and helpful appliance dealers out there! They are ready and willing to help with any needs you may have! 5 out of 5 would recommend!
