Great Rates, Prompt Service - I highly recommend. They have the best rates in town for drain cleaning and plumbing services. They also do sprinkler repairs and installation. I've been a customer with this company for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.
Very knowledgeable plumber. We were referred by a friend over ten years ago, and we'll have no one else service our plumbing except for AA Abalone Plumbing. He's affordable and does quality work. Very quick response and he knows what he's doing. I recommend this company all of the time to my friends and family.
1) We made an agreement for emergency plumbing work in my house 2) "Chris" was paid upfront for the work. 3) "Chris" only finished HALF of the work 4) "Chris's secretary / woman answering his phone" kept giving me rescheduling excuses and a runaround to come and finish the remainder of the work that I paid for UPFRONT 5) "Chris" stopped answering my calls and voice mails, and started screening my calls. 6) I had to hire another plumbing company to finish the work that was not completed by "Chris" I am very displeased with th... read more

I've been a customer of Abalone Plumbing for over 20 years, and I recommended this company over and over again to my family and friends. Prompt service, quality work, with experienced plumbers. Excellent results with very affordable prices.
This is the most unreliable plumbing businesses I have ever came in contact with. I called this guy Chris he told me that he would be out to fix my outdoor water leak on Saturday at 11:00 then had a female call at 11:30 stating he is running a little late. Really, he is already late. So, she apologized and said could he come at 1:00pm me and my wife said sure . Do not call them! Go ANYWHERE else! 10 weeks later, and he STILL has not replaced the valve he took from the sprinkler system he installed LAST YEAR. Like others here, I used to love Chris. Now he's just another lying (I'll be there tomorrow, really, times 15 TIMES ALREADY), cheating (broken a year later? uh huh. great work), stealing (my time, repeatedly) failure of a business person. Stay away from them and avoid the nightmare of bullshit.

This A-A Abalone is such a BS business. Please do not call them for any work. Because they don't want any of your work, if they do actually scheduled a time for you, they are lying about it. I got left hanging the first time, nobody called to let me know why nobody show up. The second time, I called them to confirmed with them the night before, to make sure they will show up, I got a text message an hour before my scheduled appointment saying they can't be there.
