He sold a house for me and did not guide his buyer to closing. I had to call his buyers bank and throw a fit about closing because no one was prosessing the paper work and i was making 2 house payment untill the closing. He cost me about \$2,000 plus his commish. He could not guide the paper to close but he sure got to closing to be the 1st one to get his money. He just showed the house, Got the contract signed and walked away untill closing to get his money.
