Salesman is friendly and gave numbers over the phone. Price was pretty inflated for car which was in an accident and on the lot for over 30 days. When asked if there was room for negotiation he stated “no”. Out of all the places I’ve done business with this is the first place that has no wiggle room for it
No grace period. My check from work didn’t clear my account till Friday morning, payment was due Thursday, Friday morning my vehicle was disabled!!! Read the fine print!
Drove into the lot looking for a used car. Asked the salesman a few questions then asked him if he had any dodge Durangos or dodge vehicles and he said “NO SORRY WE DONT” so as we are leaving my husband says look they have a Durango and a dodge journey! I had a great experience at this used car lot! The staff was honest, helpful, and didn’t pressure me into anything. They answered all my questions and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. The car I bought was clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly—and they were upfront about everything from the history report to financing options. Awful!!! Do not buy here! Horrible customer service, won't return phone calls or provide any help whatsoever. The cutoff device has been malfunctioning for months, so we're basically paying for a vehicle that we cannot even drive. They know what the problem is and haven't even tried to fix it. Been giving us the run around for months and can never get a hold of anyone. This so-called "business" is trash.
