Drove into the lot looking for a used car. Asked the salesman a few questions then asked him if he had any dodge Durangos or dodge vehicles and he said “NO SORRY WE DONT” so as we are leaving my husband says look they have a Durango and a dodge journey! So instead of asking that same salesman the price or info “since they didn’t have any” I went inside to see if anyone else can help me with pricing. I had a great experience at this used car lot! The staff was honest, helpful, and didn’t pressure me into anything. They answered all my questions and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. The car I bought was clean, well-maintained, and priced fairly—and they were upfront about everything from the history report to financing options. Awful!!! Do not buy here! Horrible customer service, won't return phone calls or provide any help whatsoever. The cutoff device has been malfunctioning for months, so we're basically paying for a vehicle that we cannot even drive. They know what the problem is and haven't even tried to fix it. Been giving us the run around for months and can never get a hold of anyone. This so-called "business" is trash.
Very friendly staff. Good quality cars.
