Called them on a Thursday at around 3. Spoke to Junior and told him the issue and he told us to come in and they would check it out. Not only did we get fast and friendly service, but unlike other places we called, the price was appropriately quoted for the service we received…Highly recommend this place.
When I say the customer service shitty. don't give a damn if you sitting out waiting on them . Won't tell you that it's gone be longer than what was previously told. Don't waste your time or money with them.. sleezy as hell
I made an appointment on 8/8 for 8/9 at 2:00. I told them what I needed in the size of my tires and that I had to have it on 8/9 for a trip on 8/10. When I arrived, after a few minutes, they told me they didn't have the tires. This is unacceptable. If they did not have the tires, they should have told me when I called to make the appointment. Very unprofessional. I will never go there again and I'm going to tell all of my people to never go there and waste their time!
