I have used this company for an annual event for two years now. At our first event with them, they showed up 4 hours late. At the most recent event I waited on them for six hours before going home. They never showed and only called my office phone (3 hours after I left in disappointment) despite having my cell number as well. We had to run our event in the rain without a tent... Don't use this company.
I am sad I can not give 0 stars. Sadly, A-1 Tent Rental did not follow through with an event a few years back. The event was for a school non-profit. It was quite a mess as we all had to scramble to have the event indoors. I was met the night before to discuss placement of the tent only to have them bale out the next day of the event. It was very discouraging. I called several times and the first time I was told they were on their way, later they just completely stopped answering their phone and text messages.
