Incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service with A-1 Services Inc. When the service technician came out to our home, he was rude in the way he talked to me and my partner, unprofessional in his appearance and communication, and made both of us feel uneasy. For these reasons, we called A-1's office and requested another technician to come out in place of the first. I have not even received service yet from this company and if I had a choice would not give them any business. Unfortunately, because I have a home warranty this is who they contract with and I am stuck using them for this service call. My home warranty Co advised A1 services would be coming to my home to repair a leak from my water heater which the water to my home had to be shut off. They said it would be 8-10 next business day. Plumber was good but "appointment scheduler" was horrid! – Plumber had to return to finish job and I asked the young woman who answers their phone to please make the appointment as close to 4PM as possible because I would be across town and needed the time to get home. The morning he was suppose to come, I called to verify the "late" appointment to be told that "no he would be out at 1PM." I got upset and said I had asked for the LATE time.
