BEYOND blessed and thankful those at Pack Mail! You went above and beyond today and I couldn’t thank you more along with the UPS driver, Felipe. Lesson learned; take your time. Im rushing out the door, with my dog in one hand, phone in the other talking to Home Depot Warehouse, that I decide to put everything inside the open box to make it easier on me. The climate controlled storage units that I used were excellent. In the office, I had excellent customer service from each staff member.
A-1 is a great storage place. I have been with them for many years and their customer service has always been amazing! Always helpful! Always kind!
I have found the storage service as well as the mail/shipping services to be convenient and excellent.

First off zero stars is not an option.. that would be my true rating of this company! I sent three packages and two did not arrive until 20 days later!!! One is still waiting for delivery after 21 days!!!!!!! The condition of the packages when arrived were terrible!! The customer service was awful! The lady I talked to on the phone was rude!
