My experience I thought went well until I opened my storage unit and found rat dropping through out my belongings. I'm sure it was rat droppings by the size of them . They ate through boxes and bags .I was most upset to find rats had chewed up most of my clothing. I did report it to management. He showed very little concern but thanked me for letting them know. First time I mentioned rat dropping he said, "Well that's the mountains for you". I'm hurt to pay month after month of storage just to have my belongings destroyed. I... read more

Fast drop off.
Such a great facility and friendly face when help is needed. Only complaint is there aren't enough storage places that are a bigger size. But, every business can only do what they can with what they're given. I definitely recommend this storage!
