We live out of state, A1 handled the sale of my grandmother’s house when we were not able to travel to FL. There were a couple personal belongings left in the house we requested to be sent to us, we would cover the shipping, was told “sure, no problem”, and that they had the items. But after several follow up calls, we never received. It’s so disappointing because these items were important to my family and are now lost.

Awful Experience I wouldn’t use this realtor if I were you to buy a property and I certainly wouldn’t buy a property that he’s a listing agent on an awful experience on a home where they extended the contract for over 30 days past the initial contract date still didn’t make repairs of property that were needed by the lender and now we’re trying to keep my earnest money deposit even though the contract expired they didn’t make the repairs and I was nice enough to extended it for 30 days meaning I was under contract for 60 day... read more
