Home shield assigned this company to me. A1 called me on a Monday told me they couldn't make it to their scheduled appointment that day because it was too cold. Which was fine because I had no clue I even had an appointment that day. The Guy on the phone (I believe was Wes) rescheduled verbally over the phone with me for 3:00 pm the next day. Was assigned to this company through my insurance. They came during the scheduled time. Checked my heat and said: “I have to check with my boss about the part that needs to be replaced”. They left it at that. Closed the Service Request as Completed. 10 minutes later we have no heat again. Placed a re-call and this rude, unprofessional individual calls me back saying placing a recall will not speed up getting the part. Professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. About a month ago, it was super hot outside, and our A/C unit seemed to just die. I tried two other companies before calling A-1. One company wanted to overcharge us and the other tried to get us to buy a new unit. A-1 fixed our unit the next day after I called them, the price was reasonable, and we haven't had any problem since then. Would recommend!
