Was assigned to this company through my insurance. They came during the scheduled time. Checked my heat and said: “I have to check with my boss about the part that needs to be replaced”. They left it at that. Closed the Service Request as Completed. 10 minutes later we have no heat again. Placed a re-call and this rude, unprofessional individual calls me back saying placing a recall will not speed up getting the part.
