Submitted request with American Home shield for our AC issues and they sent out A-1! Wes came out earlier than expected and fixed the issue no problem! Explained my warranty benefits and everything to me! I hope we are assigned them every time! Highly recommend!!
If he was assigned to you by American home shield as for the in lieu instead or ask for a new HVAC company!

Home shield assigned this company to me. A1 called me on a Monday told me they couldn't make it to their scheduled appointment that day because it was too cold. Which was fine because I had no clue I even had an appointment that day. The Guy on the phone (I believe was Mike the owner) rescheduled verbally over the phone with me for 3:00 pm the next day.
