Wes provided good customer service yesterday! He was on time and answered questions I had. Thanks for taking the time in helping with hvac preventative maintenance tuneup.
Wes & Mike are so great to work with. I call them anytime I have any issues and they are able to come out quickly. They are friendly, courteous, professional, and I recommend them to anyone!
Was required to use this company through American Home Shield home warranty. Very poor customer service and overall communication. This company attempted to schedule a service date and time without my consent or confirmation regarding the matter. Mike, the representative I spoke with on the phone, was very flippant and seemed to have no interest in our business. He didn't even attempt to try and reschedule when I told him we could not be present for the service visit they scheduled without our permission. I could tell very q... read more
