Excellent service. Our dryer vent broke and A-1 came immediately to inspect. While looking over the dryer vent issue Art noticed a VERY serious problem (completely aside from what we had him come to do) - previous workers tied in a kitchen vent to the basement gas water heater vent line... which could have been a serious carbon monoxide issue... We purchased a home that was built in 1903 and we needed our ducts cleaned. We tried air purifiers in each room, but it just didn't help enough. We contacted A-1 Preferred and they got us on the schedule right away. Art and his crew were very responsive to our needs, they arrived on time, they were courteous and respectful while working in our home and they greatly improved the air quality throughout our house. I wish we would've called them sooner! We highly recommend A-1 Preferred for all your duct cleaning needs.
Art with A-1 was very professional and great to work with. Highly recommend for chimney cleaning/inspections.
I had my fireplace inspected, ducts cleaned and dryer vent cleaned. They had some trouble with their trucks and couldn't get out to my place on the scheduled day, but they did make it up by coming out on a Saturday and not charging me for weekend or overtime pay. Left my house clean, they laid down blankets so carpets wouldn't get messy from their equipment. I would recommend them.
