These people ripped off my daughter - badly. Oh, they gave her an estimate which agreed to, because her shower water supply was leaking badly and she didn't know any better. But when I saw the resulting invoice I couldn't believe it. She bought the replacement shower valve and even opened up the wall so they could get to it. All they used was about four feet of pex pipe and a few fittings. Two men spent an hour and a half on site. For this she was billed $870.11! Had a sewer backup emergency call about 930 on a Saturday night. The tech that came out had everything straightened out in about an hour and a half. No fuss, very professional, and friendly. Thanks!

My 81 year old mother (who is not on Facebook or she would be writing this review) had need of a plumber yesterday. The gentlemen that came out and helped her, dealt with her very professionally and compassionately! They also did excellent work and fixed her issue, even arriving hours earlier than their projected time, which was preferred by mom as her plumbing was totally backed up.

Words truly fail the review I'd prefer to leave and of all the actual tears I cried while Mike and Chris were here doing the work. I am more than thankful to Kim that took my "multiple" phone calls. All three showed extreme professionalism above and beyond customer courtesy with genuine care, concern, and compassion. Thank you from the depths of my heart.
