CJ was probably one of the most responsive (quick and clear) and helpful people that I have had interaction with in YEARS! We needed a spot to store our van - with power- for about three months July- September. I was nervous about being able to find a spot so I started looking in January. That was a bit early but CJ made a point of letting me know the best time to check back and made certain we were taken care of. CJ and Frank are the absolute best. First, my flight into Anchorage was delayed and CJ made sure I could get access to my van even though it was about midnight by the time I could get there. Second, my van battery was completely dead. Even though it was midnight, Frank came out and gave me a jump so I could be on my way. I am still amazed by their level of service. Will definitely be back here when I’m in Anchorage again, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing storage!
