I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not, do not, do not take your car here! Ross is a scammer and a liar. Got payment from my insurance company, lied for weeks saying he never received it, did minimal work on my vehicle and never finished. I've already reported him to the better business bureau and with the guidance of my insurance company am pursuing him legally. Save yourself the hassle and legal fees and just go elsewhere.

Avoid this shop at all cost. We had a collision and before we could take our vehicle into a reputable shop the owner of this place came up to my husband while at Dollar General and offered a repair at a good rate. We have a Nissan Altima which was hit from the side and needed two doors and the body below the doors repaired. The owner advised it would take 2 weeks for repair.
