A1 really helped me when my one year old RV had a lighting circuit panel short out. The only lights that worked were the accent lights. I called A1 and they responded immediately. Mark was on the phone with the manufactures rep while he troubleshot the problem. Turned out it was the ground and hot wires had not been properly tightened down on the board and shorted it out.
