This company is a joke they come to do an estimate and never once did they say anything about a service call but all the sudden they say I owe them 150.00 service call and are pretty childish about it so that made me decide to have someone else do the work because I need professionals to do the job not children. I’ve had 2 estimates since these guys and neither one asked for a service call fee . They did it for free. So before you go with these guys I would look around for someone else just sayin
A1 really helped me when my one year old RV had a lighting circuit panel short out. The only lights that worked were the accent lights. I called A1 and they responded immediately. Mark was on the phone with the manufactures rep while he troubleshot the problem. Turned out it was the ground and hot wires had not been properly tightened down on the board and shorted it out. He talked the manufacturer into replacing the board for free and after a few days he called me and had the board. I left work to let him in the door ... read more
